How it works
Three weeks of strength-building challenges suitable for all levels.
Monday – Thursdays
Each day, a new 20 minute mini flow + strength drills is released.
Fridays
A 50 minute class is held, incorporating strength drills from the week.
We’ll build a strong foundation for challenging poses – and most importantly, life.
